Will The Nissan Juke Successor Be As Wicked?

Nissan Juke

The Nissan Juke may be the most appropriately named car on the market. Contemplate the lines, stance and attitude of the Juke and you may find yourself wondering if the design engineers wanted this Nissan crossover to appear a little…wicked. That’s exactly the dictionary definition of “juke.”

CarScoops says of the Juke, “some love it, some loathe it.” We have to admit that those of here at Nissan of Lake Charles fall decidedly in the love category. Look at the numbers and they suggest the loathing is the far weaker of the two sentiments. Nissan has pushed 420,000 units in the three-and-a-half years since the Juke’s inception.

The Nissan Juke is scheduled to be succeeded in the next two or three years, according to CarScoops. One has to wonder, will its Nissan Juke successor be an “equally divisive and standout design” as the original has been? Or will its successor receive “a more conventional and easily digestible styling”?
